23/01/2015 - Today we woke up early and we had breakfast in the hotel. It is from 6.15 a.m. till 10.00 a.m. It's a continental breakfast, with mostly bread, eggs, bacon and salty food. They also have some marmelade and some crepes if you like it sweet. We drove for almost three hours, then we spent the morning in having meeting. We ended at 2 p.m., not haveing lunch yet. I was quite full, as I ate a lot of strawberries and other stuff during the meeting. We decided to stop in a Billa supermarket to buy some beers (we tasted it yesterday and we liked it too much), so we got 24 bottles of Gambrinus (unpastorised) beer, three eight bottles pack.

Here we go again. Prague and a little bit of Czech Republic. Day 1
22/01/2015 - I’m going with mum and dad to Prague, again, but this time for work. We left at 9.15 this moring and, as we are travelling by car, it took us almost 8 hour to reach our hotel in Plzen. We just stopped to eat something in a Mc Donald’s and later on for the fuel+toilet+coffee combo. Let’s talk about the toilet. No one ever talks about the toilets. I think that this is kinda important. In this place there was some toilets called Saniform or something like this. They were a little bit expensive (0,70 €), but then you receive a coupon of 0,5 € value to spend in the self service and in the little supermarket, so you actually pay 0,20 €. They were so clean! After you flush the seat starts rotating ad it cleans up by itself! That’s simply amazing. Anyway, my parents got a XXL cafè cream and I got a fruits tea, both from Dallmayr (about 4,6 € after the discount). We reached our hotel in Plzen (the Hotel Plzen) at about 6 p.m. It’s 70 € for a triple room, with breakfast and private parking included (with booking.com). The room is quite big and clean, the double bed is huge.
The bathroom is nice as well, and not small at all. We found some Mentos, cotton pads and ear plugs on each pillow. Almost soon after, we had a walk till the city centre, which it’s just 5 minute far away. We took some pictures in the main square, then we had a look around to find a place where to eat. We found a steak house next to the river, The Angus Steak House, which my mum read about in the Lonely Planet guide, but unfortunately it was full. They told us that there is another restaurant on the other side of the square which is owned by the same person. So we went downstairs (most of the time you have to go downstairs to eat) and we sat in this a little bit more modern version of The Original. My father wanted to try a gulash (it is three days that he is like “gulash, gulash, gulash”), so he got gulash and my mum and I had a beef mix (filet, rib eye and another piece of meat that I cannot remember, served with vegetables cooked in a strange way) along with three small unpastorized beers. It was more that delicious. The meat was really good, we read that it is from Czech farms, and the beer was special. We ended up spending about 44 €. Now, straight to bed, as tomorrow we have to wake up at 6 a.m.
It's Christmas time! Milan.
10/12/2014 - Today my mum and I went to Milan to buy some Christmas gift and to see a Van Gogh exhibition in Palazzo Reale. Luckly the train was late as always, so we were able to catch it. Once there, we walked from Cadorna train station till the cathedral, stopping at Lush. My mum fell in love with it and she ended up buying a Ultrabalm (14€). When we reached Palazzo Reale we decided to see the Segantini exhibition istead of the Vang Gogh one. We had some shopping later on, waiting for the Christmas tree in the evening.

It's Christmas time! Como.
08/12/2014 - As Alessio today didn't have to work, we decided to have a look at Como and its Christmas lights. We left at 4 p.m., and it took us almost an hour to get to the city centre and park. As we saw the traffic becoming bigger, we went near my university and parked there (10 minutes walk from the city centre). There was not that much Christmas stuff, but the Christmas lights were amazing.
